Gratitude the Everyday Attitude

Gratitude as a tradition

Just this past week America celebrated Thanksgiving day. A mix of European and Native traditions, Thanksgiving began as a festivity in which people celebrated the harvest and overflowing of blessings. For Americans, the tradition as we know it today becomes a week (or even longer) affair that means festivity, family and feast. For many, it also entails the beginning of the holiday season and of course for children, a week off from school.

I always get excited to see people carefully prepare their menus, work on the guest list and tailor the event that brings their family together, and that provides the opportunity to give thanks. I like it because people, for the most part, get in a good mood. I also like it because with the holiday, people take time off from work to travel or to get together with relatives they haven’t seen in a long time.

Gratitude, is it a lost art?

But the most crucial part of the whole festivity for me is, that we take time to give thanks…to show gratitude! See? The act of giving thanks is in many cases, a lost art. Many of us live so busy lives that sometimes we forget to express gratitude for what we have.

And the clue is that gratitude has such wonderful benefits!

  • It benefits the person who shows gratitude
  • It benefits the recipient of gratitude
  • It sends out a ripple of positive energy that envelops everything around us

Gratitude the everyday attitude!

This is why I promote an Attitude of Gratitude: it is like a magic gift that touches everyone involved.  There is so much written about the benefits of having a grateful heart. When you reflect on all the things that are right in your life, you start appreciating more of what you already have. It immediately changes the focus and perception of lacking to abundance.

Gratitude is a choice. It can become a positive habit—but only with discipline. With continued exercise & practice, it will create more abundance, prosperity, well-being, joy & happiness than you ever thought possible.”  Darren Hardy

Mentally, focusing on the goodness promotes more of it. What you focus on, expands. Hence, keeping that focus and attention on the things that are great in your life, opens up to more of them. Be it health, good relationships, stable finances, shelter, food, employment. There is always something to be appreciative for.

The opposite only promotes scarcity and a mentality of ‘not good enough’. Which one do you prefer?

Gratitude has a ripple effect

I like to think of the ripple effect that you get when you display gratitude. First it promotes a healthy mindset for yourself. Then, depending on what you are showing gratitude for, there is that air of positive energy that surrounds you because you are placing yourself in a position higher than what is seen. It’s like you are sending good vibrations out to the universe, and like a boomerang they will come back to you.

And of course, if you are showing your gratitude towards an individual, you just never know! You might make that person’s day. Your positive message might be the only encouraging news they receive that day. Think about it.

With that said, I would to share a quick poem I found on an image recently, and which I shared on my Facebook page. To me, it encompasses gratitude in the aura of a lifestyle that is inviting, peaceful, fulfilling. The kind of lifestyle that I want for me and those around me. I invite you to check it out here.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough & more! It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into clarity, problems into gifts, failures into successes, the unexpected into perfect timing & mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past…brings peace for today & creates a vision for tomorrow.” [Author Unknown]

With that kind of way of looking at life as the potential way your life turns into…what can be better? How else will you experience a greater sense of joy, wisdom, abundance, prosperity, health? I invite you to take this vision of gratitude and make it yours. Let gratitude be your every day attitude, not only for what it will bring to you and your house (emotional/physical) but for the impact that you will create in others.

Gratitude unleashes abundance in life

Gratitude helps you see that what you have is enough

Gratitude brings past, present and future in perspective

Gratitude is the everyday attitude

Your INNERactive challenge this week is to find 3 ways to express gratitude. Perhaps you want to write a letter, you may want to pick up the phone and reconnect with someone who you haven’t spoken to in a while. Or maybe that gratitude needs to start at home, with your loved ones. Gratitude can change your life. If you are ready to receive more of what life has to offer, if you are uncertain on how to move on from here or if you want to express gratitude but want an accountability partner to make it happen; Personal Development Coaching can help.

Productivity: Start Now!

Posted by on Aug 21, 2011 in Personal Development | 1 comment

“Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.” Paul J. Meyer

Productivity in traditional and common terms

Productivity, traditionally defined at the ratio of output to input,  is a common term these days. I find myself asking my kids to “be productive!” ALL the time. I guess I place a high value on getting things done, and while I also promote the concepts of balance and structured flexibility, I believe that being productive is the cure to many of today’s ailments!

To me, productivity means using time effectively to do whatever needs to get done. I think that there is a time and a place for everythinProductivityg and if we are deliberate and strategic about how we spend our time we can get done those things that are important, without neglecting our health, our relationships, etc.

Productivity and its importance

In this information age we are living in, we have added the cyberspace, social circles to keep up with. We have been bombarded with even more stuff to do and thus our productivity is impacted by it. We are flooded with mail, both snail and electronic, status updates, we are expected/required to attend tons of activities both for personal and professional reasons, sometimes we have to choose one thing over another or even worse, we are ‘supposed’ to be in two places at once!

Don’t take me wrong, I love social media as well a the ability to communicate and get things done via email, and other electronic mediums. But the truth is that this adds a new dimension to the issue of living busy lives and the fact the degree to which we are productive, will allow us to enjoy more of the things we enjoy – or not. Productivity, hence is key to my performance.

Our attention is often divided between many things and finding a way to increase our productivity might be challenging.

Why is ‘productivity’ such a buzz words these days?

Well, I think that with the increased access of information via internet– YouTube, Facebook, blogs and more, we have also added availability to problem solving solutions. Typically time and money are the two things we would like more of, we have more trouble managing and have the biggest impact in every other aspect of life.

It’s true. Effective management of one’s time and money can directly impact health, relationships, overall life satisfaction and just about any other area you can think of. Read another one of my articles on this subject.

So it stands to reason that effectively managing those problem areas has become target for many of us. We want to live happier, fuller lives and getting hold of those two elements can definitely help us reach our goals, minimize/reduce stress, enjoy more of relationships, etc. This is where the concept of productivity comes to play.

The best way to increase your productivity

Get started. Sounds like one of those ‘duh’ statements but it’s a fact that while we wish we could increase our productivity, the problem often lays in that we don’t know how to start, where to start, or why start (motivation.) The tasks (invariably more than one) seem like humongous challenges, and we get tired of even thinking ALL the things we have to do. Our productivity hinges on how well and effectively we tackle the tasks, manage the factors and stay motivated in order to boost the productivity.

So if you want to increase your productivity, here are five quick tips on how to get going:

1. Ensure you are centered/focused on the task. Eliminate distractions

2. Select one thing to do, start with one

3. Break it down to smaller pieces

4. Based on the time of day when you are most alert, allocate a definite amount of time to work on it

5. Pat yourself on the back when finished

[Repeat as many times as necessary to finish the whole task. Here is a simple scenario, often used to show this exercise in productivity. Depending on where you are you may be looking at a drawer, a desk, or the whole room! But for now let's start at a basic, common point: Cleaning your desk. Yikes! Break it down by drawers. Those are your smaller pieces. Say it has five. Establish that it will take two, 30-minutes chunks of time to clean each drawer. You will need to project on your calendar the 10 blocks of time that you will need to clean out all five drawers...but for today, you will only focus on the first 30 minutes.]

Set the timer and go! And the next thing is important: don’t stop until you have achieved your goal. The problem, I find, is that more distractions will come your way…they will be tempting and they will appear urgent. Resist the temptation ahead of time by shutting down anything that can show up.

Stay on target until finished. Cannot underestimate that one enough.

And be deliberate about celebrating when you complete the goal. It builds momentum, makes you feel accomplished and leaves you with that sense of “yeah, I can do it.”

Your INNERactive challenge this week is to choose one thing that you have been postponing or procrastinating. Decide that you will tackle it and follow the steps above. Notice what you feel when you are done and remember to reward yourself for completing the task (at this time don’t worry about ‘how’ you did it, it’s about doing it.)

˜Productivity is impacted by distractions

˜Productivity is different for all of us, we are all at different stages

˜Productivity can be improved by breaking down a larger task

˜Productivity is also influenced by external factors

Positive You? Get your Mind Out of the Dumpster!

Posted by on Aug 11, 2011 in Personal Development | 0 comments

Be + gets you more out of life

On your quest to a more positive you?

I’m sorry! I know that the title for this blog might just be a little drastic. However, I find that there is no better way to describe the mental state that we allow ourselves to fall into sometimes: like a dumpster. We know ‘those’ people. Never have anything good to say, they are always complaining, always looking for fault and obviously never wrong. Furthermore, they cannot possibly fathom that there is any good in this world and are always expecting the worse in every situation. Sometimes they even deliberately block positive people out.

Do you have a tendency to be negative or positive?

I speak to a lot of people, from all backgrounds. In general I notice that people that are negative often, do not realize it. Unfortunately (or fortunately) they exhibit ‘symptoms’ of the dumpster mindset:

·       Negative

·       Dirty

·       Ugly

·       Despective

·       In other words demotivating, deenergizing and plain out draining

So they go about in life not realizing that what they do and say impacts others. To be honest and fair, a lot of times we just fall victims to circumstances, often upbringing or exposure to other toxic people in our lives and we just resort to adopting the same mentality or attitude, because it becomes familiar. When that is the case, the absence of someone positive in their lives becomes obvious.

From trash to treasure; turn it into positive

I believe that there is a cure for the dumpster mindset. It is called positive living. Several years ago, I decided that my attitude and my state of mind were the key factor to my success, my wellness and my stability. On top of that I made a shocking discovery…the way I live is not only my responsibility but it is my choice! I choose a positive way of living.

Cowabunga!

Talk about eye opening realization! And talk about self-empowerment…I was able to take what my perspective of life up to that point had been and turn it into the biggest treasure I could have given myself– and those around me.

And now I realize that by operating (living, speaking, acting/doing) from a positive frame of mind, I set the tone for success no matter the outcome on everything I do. It is in fact my secret for a happy, fulfilling life.

Want to be more positive? For a FREE report on how to start living you life right now, download Jump Start Your Life; 8 Simple Steps to Picking Up Right Where You Are

Want a more positive you? Start with one of these…

+ Proclaim that you are a positive individual. Study the behavior, implement small changes, accept help as needed. Identify someone that exhibits a positive lifestyle and model after him/her. How would she act in ‘this’ situation? WWAPPD? What would a positive person do? Choose wisely. Friends, family members and relatives can be a negative influence. You may need to put some distance at the beginning until your positive attitude muscle gets stronger. This also applies to news, tv and any other type of media you are exposed to on a regular basis. This article says more on this.

Forget others, work on you first. Eventually you can become a positive role model for people around you, but for now don’t waste your time and energy in trying to convince others to change. We are all were we are for a reason.

Do more of what you like. Declare the things that make you happy and do more of them. Conversely be deliberate about taking out of your life, those things that cause unhappiness and dissatisfaction. This strengthens your positive frame of work because your life starts to have more of the things you enjoy.

Look for the good, the positive and then be thankful. Make a point to find something good about every situation, no matter how challenging or difficult it was. Then turn around and show appreciation. When you exercise an attitude of gratitude, you open up for more of what you want. Take a look at this article on attitude.

+ Commit to action. Do one thing to move you closer. Work on the little muscle and stick with it.

If you are still reading, you probably already took the first step which is to look into becoming more positive. What’s in it for you? How about happiness? Studies show that positive people simply enjoy more of life. Better health, relationships and overall well-being are all possible, when you focus on what is good in life.

Want to become a more positive person? If you are ready to make changes to become a more positive you or if you know your mindset has been in the dumpster and you want to rescue the treasures from the trash; Personal Development Coaching can help. Call or email me for a complimentary consultation.

Confidence? Now, that’s sexy…

Posted by on Aug 4, 2011 in Personal Development | 0 comments

confidenceWant to have more confidence?

Driving over to a meeting in Tampa yesterday I was reflecting over what I wanted to accomplish during the meeting. I always run through a mental inventory of my objective for the meeting, whether I have all the materials for the presentation and I always check in internally. I prepare myself emotionally; certain that I want to feel and project self-assurance and professionalism in all I do.

Have you seen the type of confidence some people exhibit?

We have all met them…we have been there…we are in a room when someone enters and all of a sudden ‘boom’, everyone’s heads turn over to take a look at them. We have to see what they are wearing (ladies:)) , who they are hanging out with and if we are lucky, we will get a ‘hello’ or a hand wave. Well, not so much but you get my point. I’m talking about the type of individual who glows as he or she walks around in life.

Whilst  getting that much attention might not be on your top 10 most desired qualities list; truth is that even if secretly, most of us admire those that exude that level of confidence.

When it comes to confidence, do you have what it takes?

Be honest

Are you that confident? Would you like to be able to walk into any room and command attention? Maybe…maybe not, but bottom line is that if you are on the opposite side of the spectrum, you want to read the rest of this article. What is it that caught your attention? Perhaps you are one faithful reader, or you are just attracted by what the word sexy may mean on this post. This week I’m talking about why this type of attitude is much more sexy and appealing that say someone who is always carrying themselves head down, hunched over as if they have no purpose in life. We have seen plenty of those too…just like the old fashioned cartoon, where the little guy would walk around with the rain cloud right above his head. Remember that? As if he was the only one who was faced by bad weather…bad luck.

My top 3 confidence factors and how to turn them around to a more confident you.

Why is this important?

In my opinion, that level of confidence is not about vanity; it is about being comfortable with who you are. Granted, people will do different things with their assets. That’s a given. I’m referring to us having a healthy dose of good old poise and self-assurance.

And I think it is important, because as you project yourself you will be treated. Yes, your body language, your behavior, how you communicate with others, even the way you look at others it all conveys a message.

Now, that’s sexy…

Yes, I’m talking about that certain ‘air’ that we portray when we know our stuff. We gain that sense of confidence when we master certain skills and we are able to achieve the goals we set out for ourselves. This leads to us accepting more responsibilities, taking greater challenges and not been so afraid of taking risks. The beauty of it all is that the more we do, the more confident we grow. Is like we are working out that little muscle, little by little developing the strength and fortitude to move forward. Others see that in us and are attracted by it…because it’s sexy!

Ok, I know what you are thinking. What does confidence has to do with being sexy? Well, hear me out. I think that when we carry ourselves with poise, with dignity, with good posture and with great appearance; others will notice. And I’m using the word sexy as equivalent of attractive, eye catching, appealing! Most of us can use a little boost here and there, but more than anything when we are confident, we get more of what we want. We say “I’m all that!”

Are you ready to say “I’m all that?” Confidence is paramount in any area of life! Take a look at these 3 confidence factors:

1. When you are confident you don’t act based on what other say, you act based on your own beliefs

2. When you are confident you own your actions, learn from your mistakes and are able to move forward

3. When you are confident you move out of that comfort zone every chance you get. You are willing to take risks knowing that there is more to learn

Being confident is a skill that can be learned. Think of that little weight that you want to lift to keep building on the muscle. It is possible with courage and determination and just as important; when you acknowledge that this is an area of opportunity for you. Think about it: when you exhibit confidence you show self-assurance, mastery and self-control. People are more comfortable trusting you with projects, you get more at work and in your personal life, confidence is tied to your happiness because you know what you are worth.

“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, either way you are right.” Henry Ford

Confidence and success go hand in hand! Think about what you want in life. Also think of what you have achieved in the past. They say that the past is a good predictor of the future. Do you want more of the past? If you don’t want to duplicate what you have done, or if you want to increase your level of achievement for a brighter future, think of ways to enhance your confidence. Want more insight on this topic? Read this article I wrote a while back on confidence.

√ Act confident

√ Think confident

√ Speak confident

√  Walk confident

Get More Energy! Turn Up the Volume

Posted by on Jul 26, 2011 in Personal Development | 0 comments

Get More EnergyNeed To Get More Energy in Your Day?

Whoohoo! Guess what? It’s Monday and I am fired up!

Sorry, I’m not trying to rub in your face that despite it being one of the most despised days of the week (if not the most) I am infused with energy and getting things done!

In the past, I’ve gotten a bad rap for been “too cheery.” Can you believe that? I realize that not everyone is a morning person, and based on each of our circumstances weekend may not have been as relaxing as you would have wanted it to be. But before you pull the plug on this one, hear me out.

My goal is to help you get more energy through today

Did I get your attention? Yes, my intention today is to give you some pointers that will help you get more energy so that you can create a happier, more productive day. You heard it, productive people are reportedly happier people. They feel more alive, more ‘in their game.’ They get things done, and they feel good about it and what’s more, they stay busy hence maximizing available time so that at the end of the day, you can go home knowing that you took care of business.

It happens to all of us

Having said that, there are a few little tricks I often use to bring the excitement back into my day. Because we all experience those little funky days when we don’t feel like doing much. We drag our feet and the mere thought of getting out of bed, seems like an impossible, excruciating task. We have all been there, no one is exempt. The difference is what we do when we find ourselves in that funk.

My personal favorites to Get More Energy….

Here are a few of my favorites….when it comes to getting the juice back into my day:

~Read a positive, encouraging message. A blog post or a brief article is sometimes all it takes to help me see things from a different angle.

~Stretch – Exercise. Get up and reach out. Stretch out your muscles and if possible, go for a walk or do a few jumping jacks. Get the blood pumping!

~Play a little. I find that being in that funk is often associated with stress, or heavy life issues. My solution? Play with the kids, the dogs or do something that will make you feel like a kid again.

~ Java anyone? I know…coffee is one of those things that people love or hate. Me? Maybe I love it more than I should, but I say all things in moderation, right? Remember unless instructed otherwise by your physician, research shows that a little caffeine has several health benefits, not to mention that it might just be the boost you need.

~Turn up the volume. Ok, I gather that depending on your work setting, you may or not be able to crank it up! But I love, love, love to work at the tune of my favorite artists, pre-selected on Pandora. Particularly, classics (from when I was in high school) or even dance mixes, they get me tapping my toes on the floor, moving faster from one item to the next and overall…enjoying what I’m doing!

Empower yourself

At the end of the day, there are several reasons that influence your state of mind, levels of energy and overall wellbeing. It is your responsibility to ensure you are getting plenty of sleep, you are managing your stress, you are exercising adequately and eating nutritious foods. And since I am not a medical professional, I would throw in that if you are doing everything right and nothing is working, you may need to speak to a professional.

But if what you are experiencing is one of those funks, you might need to trick yourself into doing some of the tips I shared, or whatever works for you! The upside, you will find it easier to get things done and it will empower you to getting yourself in the right state of mind. Mindsets and attitudes are all contagious. If you are in that funky state, you will probably attract more of it to your day…and by default, you will repel positive, upbeat people! Like attracts like!

Get more energy and empower yourself to a happier, productive day. Go on, turn up the volume and sing to the tune of your favorites! When it comes down to it, you deserve a great day…and those around you will appreciate it!

Get more energy in your work

Get more energy in your relationships

Get more energy in your life

Need to get more energy? If you are having a hard time motivating yourself to a lively day; if your level of energy is an at all-time low and you are having a hard time getting anything done, or if you can use a little pick-me-up to get to your next project- Personal Development Coaching can help. Expect Great Things

Posted by on Jul 12, 2011 in Personal Development | 0 comments

More than a slogan

Yes, while you may have heard this little phrase as the slogan for a popular department store chain; to ‘expect great things’ is also a fantastic little mantra! There is certain level of confidence required when you expect great things. It is like knowing that the best will happen, always. To me it is also about trust. Understanding that there are no coincidences, and that it is only through a mindset focused on greatness, that you can create and achieve great results.

You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them.” ~Michael Jordan

The caveat

Now, my little caveat: expecting great things is a ‘great’ thing as long as the expectation places the focus and attention on you. I have said this before, but here it goes: you cannot control what other people do, say, the way they react, think or what they bring to the table. You can only control what you put into the equation. Hence, by expecting greatness in yourself; you can then determine the path that shows that level of integrity, commitment and honor; based on your definition of those principles.

Zig Ziglar said “Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.” I think that that is a beautiful way to put it! Expecting the best implies, possibility! Whatever you want, is possible with the right attitude and state of mind. Preparing for the worst, basically sets the tone for anticipating the unexpected, and also factoring in that which I mentioned earlier: that we cannot control what other people bring forth. And the best part, capitalizing on what comes…that is the icing on the cake!

Capitalize on what comes

What can you learn from the situation? Did it go the way you planned it? If so, make the best out of it and celebrate! If it didn’t, what would you different next time? How can you work the outcome into a positive one?

Asking these and other questions that reflect an attitude of growth and expansion is in my opinion what would make any situation successful. Let’s face it, there are plenty of situations that seem to come out of nowhere. In other words, has it ever happened to you that you receive something totally different from what you were expecting and looking back you realize that it was even better than your desired outcome to begin with?

In order to capitalize on the outcome, be open to discover and to receive.

What does ‘great’ mean?

Great: huge, immense, enormous, large, gigantic, massive, etc. In other words, larger than you are right now. Massive in comparison to what you are getting from your situation right now. What I would like you to consider right now is that you have what it takes to be great! You have, within you all the tools necessary to achieve the life you have always desired. Anything that anyone else has ever accomplished, you too can create with intention and focus.

The only challenge for most is not knowing what you want, not being clear as to how to go about getting what you consider great. Perhaps being uncertain as to whether or not you deserve that greatness in your life. Ok, if that is the case let’s start with a commitment to break out that cycle of way of thinking, right here, right now.

And the beauty is that by changing even a little portion of the equation and going in with an attitude of greatness; you can start seeing results right away. Imagine the magnificence of what you want. Put feelings and emotions as you think of that great outcome. Transport yourself to that place of energy, excitement and possibility with a daily commitment to yourself.

What will you do next?

Life is full of opportunities; if you are ready to receive them. My encouragement to you today is to look at your situation and pick 2 or 3 action items that you know you have been meaning to go for. Could be an item that you have been procrastinating on because you realize that it will take you outside of the comfort zone. Or something that appears too big, too time consuming or too complex to do right now, but that you know it will have a great impact in your life.

Maybe clean up a closet, revamp your résumé, have a conversation with your significant other, start that workout program??? Whatever ‘next’ means to you, I’ll make you a deal: send me a note with your goal for a great next step. No matter where you are right now, identify one, two or three things you want to see with greatness in your life. It might just be that you want a better attitude about these things! Drop me a note. I want to support you. In exchange, I promise to stay connected with you with a laser coaching session. Additionally, if you are ready to make things happen and want to learn more about how coaching can help you achieve the great things in life; call or email me for a complimentary consultation. Do it today!

Freedom is a Beautiful Thing

Posted by on Jul 4, 2011 in Personal Development | 0 comments

Celebrating today

Today in America we celebrate Independence Day. With that in mind, I began the weekend thinking deeply as to what that means. Unfortunately, we live so busy lives that we sometimes forget that Freedom isn’t free. As a Veteran, I honor and commend those that have fought and continue to fight to preserve this beautiful country, my home and that of my children, free.

With that mindset; relaxed and reflective, I decided to take it easy this weekend. Although my work doesn’t feel like work to me, I always do something during weekend. Perhaps because there are less time constraints, or I just feel creative, truth is that I always write something or prepare for an upcoming project. As I looked forward to writing this week’s blog entry, I thought of the theme and I was going to write about having a bucket list which is a concept that I have been working on for a little bit. Yet, once I realized that this post would be published on the Fourth of July, I knew I could only write about freedom.

Freedom is not an esoteric concept

As a Personal Development Coach, my take on freedom today is that related to the freedom in your life. That free will and ability to make choices. While too often we live restricted by what our parents think or our spouses want or what society says; freedom is not an esoteric concept. I would say that it stems from two items:

1. Knowing what you want. If you are certain of what you want in life, you will be better able to get there. When you are unclear, you put yourself in a position of victim; or what I call sometimes auto-pilot. Just going through the motions. Know what you want, and making choices that support that path, will follow.

2. Claim your power. This could be presented under the light of be confident. Whether you think you are right or you think you are not, either way you are right (Henry Ford.) Claiming your right to make choices is the root of being free; free to choose what serves you best, based on your goals and based on where you want to be.

Treasure that freedom

The worst thing you can ever do is to take that freedom for granted or to minimize its impact by not using it properly. Remember that you teach people how to treat you. Hence, honor yourself by treasuring that opportunity you receive each day. You can choose whatever you want to be, do, have and go in life. It may seem at times as if there is no choice; but if you think about it– there is always a choice. Perhaps not what you want in the immediate future, maybe more sacrifice that you are willing to go through right now, but always there a choice awaits you.

Choose freedom

In your hands now lays the opportunity. You can decide what you will choose to do next. You can choose to be happy, free, prosperous, successful, youthful, healthy, and more. You can utilize your freedom by making choices and decisions that are in line with your values and principles, for instance:

* Being more assertive

* Being more communicative

* Be a better leader or role model

* Being more in the present

* Being happy

Make an assessment based on where you are, and take a step forward. No matter how big or small the step, it will still get you a little closer to where you want to be. If you are stuck in a place where you don’t know where to start; or you feel as if your freedom is somewhat impeded; or if you know this is a great time to reclaim your freedom and want a partner for your journey; Personal Development Coaching can help.
